Why should I use BeyondWill for my estate planning

Just like popular tax filing software, we make estate planning simple. We guide you through gathering all the important info you need and make sure it stays current.

How does BeyondWill keep my Will up-to-date?

We check in with you periodically to see if anything's changed. We also use smart technology and then proactively verify updates with you to keep things current without you having to do much.

At BeyondWill, we use cutting-edge technology to gather essential information, then we partner with vetted attorneys to develop your personalized plan— not just filling in the blanks like some other services. This means you get documents tailored to you, at a lower cost, but still strong enough to stand up in court and during probate. No cookie-cutter templates here! Our approach ensures your documents reflect your unique situation and will be respected by legal professionals.

What is WiseFill™?

WiseFill™ is BeyondWill’s proprietary AI feature that makes it easier, faster, and more accurate to create a Will. Upload your documents. WiseFill™ scans and extracts data. Your information is then loaded into your profile so you don’t have to enter things manually.

How does BeyondWill protect my data?

Access to BeyondWill's user data requires double key entry, in other ways we treat your data with the same care given to nuclear weapons. Data is vaulted with double encryption, hardware AES-256 with symmetric custom CMEK keys and attributes are encrypted on a per user secret with ECC, credentials are hashed with argon2.

What if I have a financial advisor or estate attorney?

Great! BeyondWill can work with them by providing the most current information about your estate plan, making their job easier and your plan more effective.

What kind of documents can I create with BeyondWill?

You can create all the key documents for estate planning, like Wills, Trusts, and POAs, tailored to your needs.

What happens if I change my mind about something in my plan?

You can update your plan anytime. We're here to make sure your current wishes are always reflected in your documents.

What if I already have a Will? Can BeyondWill help me update it?

Yes! You can upload an existing Will. BeyondWill’s WiseFill™ feature will scan your document and pre-fill your profile with existing information. As you go through the experience, you’ll be able to make adjustments or add new information as needed.

Can I create a Trust with BeyondWill?

BeyondWill does not currently support creating a Trust but creating a Will is part of creating a Trust, and that we do! BeyondWill works with a network of attorneys in each state to provide discounted rates for Trusts. These rates are favorable because we collect most of the information an attorney will need to create your Trust - saving you and the attorney lots of time. Trusts usually start at $1,500. Can BeyondWill. help with other information like bills, passwords, and funeral wishes?

I live outside the US, can BeyondWill support my needs?

Unfortunately, BeyondWill is only available to US citizens living within the US at this time.
